Psalm 102
Crying in Distress: Psalm 102 This is a poem full of tears and frustrations. It is a cry of a person in deep distress. The poet opens his heart and expresses his pain and loneliness to God without any concealment. In real life, it is crucial to learn to face and express your distress truthfully. Whether it is physical illness or spiritual sorrow, you can bring it to God. This is a manifestation of courage and confidence, because God is our best support. When we feel lonely and helpless, we should maintain our faith, because we know that God hears and is willing to help us.
In the midst of pain, the poet prayed to God with confidence, believing that God would eventually respond, heal and save him. This confidence is not based on the current situation, but on his understanding of God's nature - love, faithfulness and mercy. We must learn to be grateful and praise God even when we beg Him, and not lose faith in God in the midst of suffering.

Psalm 103
This is a psalm by David, full of praise and gratitude to God. Here, we can make a "praise list" to remind ourselves not to forget God's grace. First, David reminds us to praise God's holy name, exalt His attributes and deeds, and acknowledge His place in our lives. We should thank God because He forgives all our sins, and His forgiveness is an incomparable grace in our lives. God heals all our diseases, not just physical ones, but also diseases of the mind and soul. His healing is comprehensive, allowing us to have true health and peace in Him. God redeems our lives from death. This redemption is not only a protection for this life, but also a guarantee of eternal life. He provides us with the hope of eternal life. David describes God as crowning us with love and mercy, which means that the love and care we experience in our lives are all extensions of God's grace to us. These are not deserved by us, but freely given by God. God satisfies our desires with good things. He knows our needs and generously provides for us, including the deepest desires of our hearts. He rejuvenates us like the eagle. No matter how old we are, He can rejuvenate us to fly like an eagle. Psalm 103 lists such a "praise list" to review and thank God for all the grace in our lives. This list reminds us of God's goodness and faithfulness, and also makes us humble before Him and respond to His love with gratitude.

Psalm 104
Praise the greatness of God's creation: Psalm 104
This is a psalm full of awe and praise, praising the greatness of God's creation and His sovereignty over all things. From beginning to end, the psalmist describes the magnificent scene of God's creation. He praises God's creation from all aspects, including heaven, earth, sea, mountains, animals, plants, light and darkness. We should use our eyes to appreciate all the beauty of nature, and use our hearts to appreciate the wisdom and design behind all of this. The psalmist emphasizes God's provision and protection of His creations. Whether it is animals or humans, they are all under God's care and provision. He is our provider, and we can trust Him because He knows our needs and meets them on time. The psalmist particularly points out God's management and sovereignty over nature. This shows us that this world is not disorderly and accidental, but God's hand operates and manages it. We should have a desire and expectation for God's glory, see more of God's glory, and let God be exalted in our lives.

Psalm 105:1-22
Praise God's historical deeds: Psalm 105:1-22
This is a poem that reviews and praises God's wonderful deeds in Israel's history. This poem reminds us how God faithfully keeps his covenant, guides and protects His chosen people. We should fear God and remember His deeds as the beginning of wisdom. We should always remember God's grace in our lives, share it with others with a grateful heart, and spread His glory. God is a covenant-keeping and faithful God. Although the Israelites often broke their promises in history, God never changed His promises and love. We must believe that God will be faithful to fulfill His promises in our lives. No matter how the external environment changes, God will always prepare a way out for us.

Psalm 105:23-45
Praise God for what He has done in my life: Psalm 105:23-45
In this passage, we see how God protects His people even when they are sojourning in foreign lands. He not only makes them prosperous, but also performs miracles in the hatred of their enemies. This reminds us that even when we are in trouble, God still protects us and demonstrates His power with miracles. The psalmist emphasizes God's omnipotence and judgment. God has the authority to bring darkness, change nature, and punish enemies. We must fear God and rely on His power to fight against spiritual enemies. Just as God personally led and provided for His people in history, God will also lead and provide for us today. God will eventually make His people inherit blessings and the promised land in order for them to obey and keep His laws. We should be grateful and strive to live out God's will, respond to His wonderful works in our lives, and let His name be glorified in our lives.
