Daily Chapter---Psalm 8 Reflection Question
- Meditate and repeat the first verse, focusing on the words "our Lord", "Jehovah", "Your name", "all the earth "What is the importance of these words to our faith orientation?
- At first glance, verse 2 seems absurd and contradictory in the real world. What kind of interpretation should we give to it in order to understand its spiritual meaning?
- Meditate on verse 3-4. When one looks up at the stars and sees the universe in all its majesty, order and vastness, one is like a drop in the ocean. Share what you have learned.
- We see that the ecology of the earth is increasingly being destroyed, polluted, and spoiled by human beings. What does the Bible say about the relationship between man and the earth in verses 6, 7, and 8? How do you respond to this in your daily life?
